These terms govern your use of CourseHub, operated by the African Digital Humanities Lab. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Instructor accounts are reviewed and approved by a CourseHub administrator before becoming active.
- You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
When using CourseHub, including community spaces, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the platform's infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
Course content
Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial learning. Instructors retain ownership of the materials they create and publish on CourseHub.
Availability
We aim to keep CourseHub available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Disclaimer
CourseHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CourseHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
